Above
rates are based upon double occupancy. Daily rates apply to
30+ days. Additional person(s) will be subject to a charge
of $10.00 per day, per person for stays of 12 days or more.
Deposit Policy requires an initial deposit of $300.00 within
14 days of making reservations and a second deposit, equal
to 1 month's rent, 90 days prior to arrival, with payment
in full 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellation Policy requires
written notice at least 45 days prior to arrival in order
to be eligible for refund of deposit monies, less a $100.00
processing fee. No refunds for early departures. We strongly
recommend that you contact an insurance carrier regarding
trip insurance.
