Indoor Grand Ballroom or Outdoor Poolside Platform...........................$2000

Ballroom Accommodates
 • Receptions for 50 to 250 with Round Table Seating (no dance area)
 • Receptions for 50 to 200 with Round Table Seating and dance area
(Note - Outdoor Poolside Platform facility max 150 with dance area)

 • Tables / Chairs / Standard Hurricane - Candle Centerpieces (indoor only)
 • Standard White Linens on Tables
 • Standard Banquet Staff for Buffet Service

Additional Services
 • Bar Service (Hosted or Cash), $40 bartender fee per bartender
(Recommend 1 bartender per 50 people)
 • Cake Server, $40 fee
 • Carver, $40 fee

Food & Beverage
 • All Food & beverage must be provided by Port Royal’s Catering Department
 • Bride & Groom cakes may be arranged privately or through Port Royal

 

Policies
 • January through March and September through December, Wedding reception facilities are available
 • Receptions may be indoors or outdoors.
 • All amplified music must conclude by 10 p.m.
 • Guest list must be provided 72 hours prior to function.
 • Guarantee number for Food & Beverage must be provided 3 days prior to function.
 • Discounted condominium rates for overnight stays based upon 10-room minimum and seasonal policies. Contractual agreement required for group discount stays.
 • All events on the beach must be privately arranged.

Outside vendors must be privately arranged
 • Floral services & arrangements
 • Band/DJ entertainment
 • Decorations such as Ceremonial Arch, Columns, Specialty Lighting, Candelabras, Aisle Runners, etc.
