General Information

Port Royal Ocean Resort & Conference Center is comprised of 210 fully furnished condominium units with full size appliances, stereo, microwave, washer & dryer, and dishwasher in every condominium suite. Each condominium unit features large balconies overlooking Mustang Island and 25 acres of Port Royal beachfront property along the Gulf of Mexico.

One Bedroom Condominium Units

The One Bedroom Condominium Units are perfect for the small family, business accommodation or honeymoon get-a-way. With a great view overlooking the Gulf of Mexico and the pool area, this unit will give you and your family the comfort and relaxation of everything the resort has to offer.

Two Bedroom Condominium Units

The Two Bedroom Condominium Units are great for medium sized families and business groups that need extra space to accommodate more people. These units feature either a pool or a partial view of the Gulf of Mexico. Units typically have a master bedroom with a king size bed with the 2nd bedroom featuring either two twin sized beds, a queen sized bed or a king sized bed.

The Two Bedroom Condominium Penthouse Units are perfect for those families who enjoy a little more space or for the business group that needs a little extra room to work. These units feature a master bedroom with a king size bed and two twin beds in the 2nd bedroom. With great views of the pool and the Gulf of Mexico, these units are a perfect fit for nearly anyone.

Three Bedroom Condominium Units

The Three Bedroom Condominium Units are our largest accommodation at the resort. The 1700 square foot condo features a master bedroom with a king size bed, a second bedroom with a queen size bed and the third bedroom with two twin beds. These units feature a direct view of the Gulf of Mexico and bring the relaxation of the beach to your balcony door.
